I freeze in interviews, tips?, janitorial supervisor here

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The role is similar to my old job as a janitorial supervisor. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
