I freeze in interviews, tips?, IT help-desk technician here

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as an IT help-desk technician. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
