I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
