I freeze in interviews, tips? - first time posting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
