I freeze in interviews, tips? - first time posting

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
