I freeze in interviews, tips? - first time posting

It has been 2 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been a long 25 weeks. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
