I freeze in interviews, tips?

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
