I freeze in interviews, tips?

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
