I freeze in interviews, tips?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as a procurement assistant. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
