I freeze in interviews, tips? (Denver)

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a medical assistant. Any questions to ask at the end?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
