I freeze in interviews, tips?, data-entry clerk here

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a data-entry clerk.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
