I freeze in interviews, tips?, customer-service rep here

It has been 7 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
