I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. The role is similar to my old job as a machine operator.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
