I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a copywriter. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
