I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

It has been 8 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The role is similar to my old job as a line cook. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
