I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
