I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as a data-entry clerk.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
