I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a web developer.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
