I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
