I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
