I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
