I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

It has been 6 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
