I freeze in interviews, tips? - any advice?

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
