I freeze in interviews, tips? after 6 years as a data-entry clerk

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
