I freeze in interviews, tips? after 5 years as a graphic designer

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
