I freeze in interviews, tips? after 4 years as a sales associate

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
