I freeze in interviews, tips? after 3 years as a call-centre agent

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
