I freeze in interviews, tips? after 18 years as a janitorial supervisor

It has been 10 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
