I freeze in interviews, tips? after 18 years as a bank teller

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I want to come across as confident and honest.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
