I freeze in interviews, tips?

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
