I freeze in interviews, tips? - 7 weeks in

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as an office manager before this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
