I freeze in interviews, tips? - 7 months and counting

It has been 7 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The role is similar to my old job as a store manager.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
