I freeze in interviews, tips? - 5 months and counting

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.
