I freeze in interviews, tips? - 5 months and counting

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
