I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as a security officer. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
