I freeze in interviews, tips? - 23 weeks in

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
