I freeze in interviews, tips?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as an IT help-desk technician. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
