I freeze in interviews, tips? - 2 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The role is similar to my old job as a graphic designer. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
