I freeze in interviews, tips? - 2 weeks in

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
