I freeze in interviews, tips?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as a hotel front-desk agent. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
