I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
