How much room is there after an offer? (update)

I received an offer as an operations analyst and I think the pay is a little low. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a competing interview next week. Did it backfire?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
