How much room is there after an offer?, sales associate here

I received an offer as a sales associate and I think the pay is a little low. It has been a long 9 weeks. I have a competing interview next week. Did it backfire?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
