How much room is there after an offer?, production planner here

It is the first offer in 8 months and I do not want to mess it up. It has been a long 3 weeks. The benefits are decent. What wording worked?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
