How much room is there after an offer?, operations analyst here

I received an offer as an operations analyst and I think the pay is a little low. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
