How much room is there after an offer? (Oklahoma City)

Vivek Petrov · 2026-06-30T23:01:11.223Z

I received an offer as a welding apprentice and I think the pay is a little low. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. The hiring manager was friendly and open. What wording worked?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
