How much room is there after an offer? - first time posting

I received an offer as a store manager and I think the pay is a little low. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The hiring manager was friendly and open.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.
