How much room is there after an offer? - any advice?

I received an offer as a recruiter and I think the pay is a little low. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a competing interview next week.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
