How much room is there after an offer? after 6 years as a pharmacy technician

It is the first offer in 12 months and I do not want to mess it up. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The benefits are decent.

I thanked them and said I was excited but hoped we could talk about the pay. They came back with a bit more.
