How much room is there after an offer? after 15 years as a pharmacy technician

It is the first offer in 7 months and I do not want to mess it up. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a competing interview next week. What wording worked?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
